Faith Tidbit: The World Has Gone Crazy!

Did you ever think of a time where you would be living where it seemed like all the world had gone crazy. While it would have been hard to imagine, it is something that we are seeing right now!

The pandemic hit back in 2020 and with all our efforts and the vaccine being made available, we thought that 2021 would wash it all way. Unfortunately, it hasn’t turned out that way seeing as we are about halfway through 2021. There are still riots, anti-maskers, anti-vaxers, black/white/all lives matter, etc…. With all this, it is easy to be frightened. However, for those of who now Christ, we have expected this.

Jesus said in the book of Matthew, that we would hear of “wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes in diverse places, pestilence, nation will rise against nation. (Matt 24:4-9). Sounds a lot like now doesn’t it? While many will claim that yes this stuff has been happening for years, we have never yet seen it to such a degree as we do now? Now wait, no I am not trying to get on my intercom and tell you that Jesus is coming next Saturday.  What I am saying is that Jesus foretold of this stuff, so as to those of who follow Christ, we are not to be fearful but yet have hope that He has the world in His hands.

While the world may seem out of control, God is still on the throne and the one who is in control!
